About Us
Skout's Honor is a pioneering pet specialty company committed to changing what people expect from pet products. Our vision is to make each purchase a source of pride for our customers, offering them products from a brand they love and improving the quality of life for pets and their people. Our mission focuses on delivering life‑changing results through superior solutions, empowering our customers to make each purchase a socially and environmentally conscious decision. We are dedicated to improving the relationship between pets and their people, ensuring our values of innovation, social and environmental responsibility, and love for pets guide our every action.
Role Overview We’re looking for a strategic, data‑driven and execution‑minded digital ads manager to help us scale Skout’s Honor across key digital platforms. This role isn’t just about running ads. It’s about owning performance, driving the user journey from ad to action, and fueling our omnichannel growth across retail, eCommerce, and Amazon. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and Walmart Connect while also playing a key role in conversion optimization, tracking, and first‑party data growth on our website. This role bridges DTC and retail channels, contributing to performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion throughout our omnichannel ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across creative, eCommerce, and trade marketing to create campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management: Plan, build, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP), and Walmart Connect. Own both strategy and execution, from channel planning and spend allocation to campaign optimization, to ensure performance goals are met across platforms.
Website Conversion Strategy: Own the full user journey from click to conversion. Drive meaningful actions such as email sign‑ups, form completions, and quiz participation beyond just transactions.
Audience Growth & CRM: Use advertising and on‑site strategies to grow our first‑party database and improve lead quality for remarketing and lifecycle campaigns.
Tracking & Attribution: Ensure proper pixel setup, UTM tracking, conversion event setup, and tag management across platforms. Identify new tools and tactics to improve attribution.
Analytics & Reporting: Be our GA4 and dashboard master. Build reporting structures that clearly show performance, trends, and opportunities by campaign and platform.
Creative Iteration & Testing: Collaborate with creative and brand teams to brief high‑performing assets, test creative hooks/offers, and scale what works.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely across marketing, operations, product, customer service and sales to ensure alignment across campaigns and channels.
Test & Learn Mindset: Maintain a roadmap for experimentation with platforms, placements, landing pages, and funnel strategies.
Budget, Pacing & Performance: Manage budget pacing, daily performance, and creative testing calendars.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
Proven success across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (including PMax and Shopping), Amazon Advertising, and ideally TikTok.
Fluency in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
Experience building UTM tracking frameworks and owning pixel/tag setup.
Strong grasp of landing page best practices, form optimization, and non‑transactional conversion goals.
Proven success managing budgets, pacing plans, and hitting performance KPIs.
A strong communicator and collaborator across departments and teams.
Bonus: Experience CPG or retail/omnichannel brands.
You Might Be a Fit if...
You think beyond media buying and focus on the full customer journey.
You move fast, test smarter, and are always looking to improve performance.
You want your work to lead to real results, whether that’s email sign‑ups, in‑store visits, or Amazon sales.
You enjoy data but also bring creativity to performance challenges.
You get excited by the idea of helping people connect more deeply with their pets.
