We are seeking an experienced
QA/QC Manager
with a background preferably in electrical work. The QA/QC Manager is responsible for promoting and ensuring equipment and installation standards. Day-to-day operations include planning, coordinating, and enforcing safety regulations and electrical codes. Responsibilities: Participate in design reviews, provide constructability feedback to engineering firms, and support project schedule integration. Ensure installation meets customer and industry standards. Oversee the safe and successful completion of electrical work, ensuring high accuracy and quality. Coordinate with superintendents and foremen on construction activities. Complete QA documentation and project reports. Prepare reports on work progress and issue resolution. Inspect and support equipment testing. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, staff, and stakeholders to facilitate project activities. Represent the company in project and strategy meetings. Perform final QA inspections on equipment. Address technical questions during project execution. Qualifications: 3-5 years of Electrical QA experience. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or experience as a Foreman/Superintendent preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical equipment. Knowledge of low and medium voltage systems preferred. Experience in data centers preferred. Proficiency with Bluebeam and Revit systems. Knowledge of NFPA 70 codes and standards. Benefits:
