In‑person, full‑time, Monday‑Friday. Residential facility work may require evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Lead our clinical team, empowering unaccompanied minors and families through reunification. Under your guidance, the team will deliver accurate psychosocial assessments, service plans, and progress reports. You will support staff with routine consultation, clinical guidance, and emergency preparedness; oversee weekly children groups; and may provide clinical services if needed. Compliance with federal and state regulations is a key focus. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT LEAD CLINICIAN?

You are driven to empower the lives of youth and families through reunification, guided by a strong ethical and clinical code. You are a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed clinician in Texas, thriving in a shelter environment with youth. You are excited about leadership, mentoring, and building up others on your team. You balance multiple priorities, stay compliant with federal and state requirements, adapt to sudden changes, and maintain confidentiality. You practice trauma‑informed care, creating a safe, non‑judgmental, strengths‑based environment. Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in social work with 2+ years of postgraduate direct service experience, or Master’s/Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or a relevant behavioral science with 2+ years of postgraduate clinical experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of clinical employment in behavioral sciences. Supervisory experience required. Licensed to provide clinical services in Texas. Bilingual Spanish/English. At least 21 years of age per funding requirements. Ability to travel within the Continental U.S. (CONUS). Other Requirements
