About the Role

We’re looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners passionate about women’s health for Tia’s San Francisco clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play an integral role in the care delivery system, applying your clinical expertise to affirming primary care, gynecological services, and holistic whole‑person care. You will also contribute to the development of our care model, technology, interdisciplinary case studies, protocols, and innovation.

Schedule

Flexible schedule available for part‑time and full‑time employment. 10‑hour or 8‑hour days. Shift start times: 7‑9 a.m. for early shifts or 10 a.m.‑12 p.m. for later shifts. Expectation: one evening shift per week.

A Bit About You

Motivated to elevate women’s care through shared‑decision making. Belief that each woman knows her body best and practice patient partnership. Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital tools. Tolerant, inclusive thinker committed to sex‑positive, non‑judgmental, radically inclusive healthcare.

Skills and Assets

Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner in California with an unrestricted license, able to provide primary and gynecology care. Competent in annual exams, pap smears, hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression, urgent care, basic dermatology, STD screens, UTI & vaginal infections. Tech‑savvy and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Procedural skills or willingness to learn IUD insertion, Nexplanon insertion, and colposcopy. Diverse background with varied community or modality experience enhances team diversity. Formal training in trauma‑informed care, LGBTQ+ care, gender‑affirming hormone management, outpatient depression/anxiety management. Experience or training integrating integrative medicine practices.
