Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. 1.0 FTE Monday – Friday between 8a – 5p (36 patient contact hours per week) Family Medicine trained; prior experience preferred but will consider new graduates 16 patients per day; procedures are variable Established patient base with room for growth Clinical call rotation; average of 2 weekdays/month & 4 weekends/year EPIC electronic medical record Great team with strong mentors Licensure/Credentials Required
Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state (if NP) Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in appropriate state Current certification in CPR National certification, in applicable area Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
