Position Overview
This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, while the franchisee is a separate company and employer. Employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled solely by the franchisee, not by McDonald’s USA. McDonald’s USA will not receive a copy of your application or participate in any employment decisions.
Key Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Core duties include:

Internal Communication
Inventory Management
Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
Managing Crew
Quality Food Production
Exceptional Customer Service
Safety and Security
Scheduling
Training
Qualifications We are seeking positive team players with:
Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
A flexible schedule and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Legal age of 18 years or older.
