Position Overview This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, while the franchisee is a separate company and employer. Employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled solely by the franchisee, not by McDonald’s USA. Key Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Core duties include:

Food Safety

Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness

Qualifications We are seeking positive team players with:

Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

A flexible schedule and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Legal age of 18 years or older.
