$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr This role is part of Sam’s Club’s Café team, serving members with fresh food and friendly service. The café associate listens to members’ needs, prepares food orders, and provides fast, friendly service in a warm environment. Keeping shelves clean, managing temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food products. Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stocking displays. Preparing and serving ready‑to‑eat food. Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. What you’ll do includes: Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Preparing food according to item specifications, understanding production planning, and following food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards. Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement. Driving the performance of the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, and eliminating waste while providing member service. Being a brand advocate, developing and inspiring others with a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style. Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Completing work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and teammates, and recommending improvements. Benefits
