Shift Manager – McDonald’s (Franchise) We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer; McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters. By applying, you acknowledge that your application will be handled solely by the franchise.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.

Provide leadership to crew and other managers; maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Plan each shift, monitor performance, address gaps, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.

Manage safety, security, and profitability; monitor targets and help departments meet goals.

Handle scheduling, training, and staff development.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, hospitality).

Positive team player with a flexible schedule.

Must be 18 years or older.
