About the Team We are part of one of Slalom’s global teams – hiring globally with travel as needed.
What You’ll Do
Deliver operational due diligence.
Create integration strategies, plans, and governance models.
Build Integration Management Office (IMO) leadership.
Manage integration synergies.
Develop M&A Playbooks and common practices.
What You’ll Bring
Proven M&A experience with lead IMO or technical work streams; successful track record in synergy realization.
Subject matter expertise in M&A advisory, emphasizing IMO management, playbooks, and operating model design.
Experience across various industries.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary $90,000–$125,000 (Consultant) or $125,000–$175,000 (Senior Consultant). Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
