What you’ll be managing This position will play a key role in introducing the Audley Travel brand to the North American trade and luxury travel marketplace. In this role you will be responsible for establishing new relationships, building brand awareness, executing sales strategies, generating revenue from travel advisor partners and surpassing established goals and achieving objectives.
Leverage your extensive industry network to build new partnerships with host agencies, independent travel agents, and home-based travel advisors, while also nurturing and growing existing relationships within your region.
You will be expected to represent Audley at important trade events such as conferences, trade shows, training seminars and award functions throughout your region. You’ll deliver training and client presentations both in-person and online and will work closely with agency partners to deliver effective co‑operative marketing activity, while monitoring ROI.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute regional and tactical sales strategies that are in‑line with the company’s overall goals.
Promote company products to accounts through on‑site sales calls, travel advisor training, telephone, written communication, marketing and events.
Maintain strong and effective long‑term relationships that are consistent and continue to evolve with company objectives.
Effectively manage travel partner relationships and set/achieve growth targets through regular contact and informative communication via innovative sales calls appropriately designed to manage a large territory.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the overall marketplace, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic and industry trends, etc.
Leverage technology and social media platforms to provide robust training and elevate engagement with the Audley brand; seize any in‑person and virtual training opportunities to reach the largest audience possible.
Focus on time management to create the greatest revenue generating opportunities that support regional growth.
Conduct regular in‑person and virtual brand presentations to the travel trade.
Efficiently manage a sales and cooperative marketing budget inside established guidelines while mindful of policies and procedures.
Provide feedback through weekly reporting to inform management of competitive conditions, enhance promotional effectiveness and facilitate development of marketing and sales strategies.
Attend and actively participate in applicable sales meetings, trainings, FAM trips, conferences, or other related company events as needed.
About you You are a conscientious and self‑motivated individual with a passion for premium and luxury travel. With extensive sales experience in the industry, you bring a proven track record of success in field sales and strategic territory management. You’re confident working independently, managing your time effectively, and building strong relationships that drive growth.

Extensive contacts within the travel agency community.
Well‑travellled and knowledgeable about Audley’s core international destinations.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook); Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from agency staff to business directors.
Holds a valid driver’s licence and owns a reliable vehicle.
Holds a valid passport and is able to travel internationally if required.
Comfortable with regular travel across a large territory (60‑70% travel required).
Able to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physically able to lift up to 20lbs and remain active for extended periods.
