Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport, Louisiana seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible (BC/BE) Cognitive Neurologist to join our outstanding Neurology department and dynamic team. We invite applications for the following position:

Description:

Open to BC/BE Neurologists with a commitment to both patient care and academic growth. The successful candidate will by a dynamic Neurologist interested in building and leading a Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology team in the US state with the 5th highest rate of Alzheimer’s Dementia. Leadership opportunities available based on qualified individual.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with neurological conditions.

Medical student and Neurology resident education, including supervision in clinics, grand rounds, and didactic conferences.

Participation in departmental activities and contributing to the growth of the Cognitive Neurology program in a much needed region.

Mentoring and providing clinical expertise to faculty and residents.
