As a Call Center Specialist, you will provide consistent, quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients. You will actively manage each call, taking ownership to enhance the customer experience and build relationships. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, transmitting electronic messages to the clinical team, answering medication refill inquiries, and performing other related duties. You will demonstrate proficient data entry, knowledge of insurance billing, and confidentiality.
Compensation & Hours
Current rate: $21.00 per hour.
Full‑time (40 hours); hours may include evenings and weekends.
Mandatory full‑time training Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm Eastern Time for first 3 weeks.
Work schedule follows Eastern Standard Time.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Associate’s Degree.
Experience in a call center or other busy phone system.
Electronic appointment scheduling experience.
Strong customer‑service experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multi‑task.
Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills a plus.
Remote workers must live and work in the United States (territories excluded).
Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
