Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, particularly at the level expected for professional project managers leading cross‑functional teams and complex technical or scientific initiatives.

Role overview

In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your project management and organizational expertise.

No prior AI experience is required.

These projects will help you explore how AI can improve workflow planning, communication, and process automation across professional and technical environments.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

Design and solve real‑world project management and coordination scenarios to test AI reasoning.

Write clear, structured explanations covering project scheduling, risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with industry project management frameworks.

Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of PMI’s PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Management Specialist.

Background in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

Excellent English communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain structured processes clearly.
