What You’ll Do

Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.

Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands‑on demos, and professional presentations.

Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.

Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.

Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.

Leverage technology with daily Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.

Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with our Technical Service team.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience in construction materials, adhesives, flooring, or related industries.

Strong relationship‑building skills and a track record of growing business.

Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products in both technical and hands‑on settings.

Self‑starter with excellent organizational and territory management skills.

Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success.

Extensive experience with tile and stone installation systems, including tile adhesives, tile grouts, thin‑sets, and subfloor preparation in commercial and residential applications.

Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands‑on demonstrations.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM.

Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements.

High level of personal motivation and strong business integrity.

Adaptability to relate to and interact with customers and business influencers.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Willing to travel up to posted geographic amount, with some overnight stays.
