Who We’re Looking For: Highly organized, process-driven individuals who geek out on accuracy and detail Self-starters who can manage deadlines and deliver polished work with minimal supervision Clear communicators who can collaborate effectively with advisors and investment teams People who love making messy data look beautiful and easy to understand What We Offer: $25/hr to $30/hr, DOE Contract role at 20+ hours per week Flexible working hours (some overlap with business hours required for collaboration) Hands-on experience working directly with veteran financial professionals on advanced solutions for UHNW (ultra-high-net-worth) families and individuals Opportunity to contribute to real client-facing deliverables and high-value projects Contract-to hire opportunities and professional development What Qualifies You: 1–3 years of professional or academic experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; bonus points for experience with Python, and industry tools such as Addepar or Luminary, but not required.
