What You Bring
5-10+ years managing large heavy/highway design-build projects
BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
Mastery of paving, underground, concrete, grading, and civil equipment
Proven ability to hit deadlines under pressure and communicate at every level
