Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various types of concrete equipment, including both mechanical and electrical issues. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend the life of the equipment. Identify and order necessary parts for repairs and stock replenishment. Communicate with customers regarding equipment issues, repair status, and recommendations for future maintenance. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs, parts usage, and service activities. Collaborate with fellow technicians and management to ensure a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused work environment.
