Direct message the job poster from Blue Chip Talent Engineering Technical Recruiter at Blue Chip Talent Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of control hardware systems Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues Learn and apply AutoCAD Electrical for creating electrical schematics Interpret and review engineering drawings and CAD annotations Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to hardware designs Participate in cross-functional meetings and communicate project updates Visit local customer and supplier sites as needed Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-4 years of relevant experience or training in a technical environment Basic knowledge of electrical principles and industrial control circuits Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Understanding of safety and environmental regulations Proficiency with Windows-based systems and general software applications Exposure to or interest in AutoCAD Electrical or other 2D CAD tools Experience reading engineering drawings and interpreting tolerances Knowledge of industrial components and control systems Awareness of manufacturing environments and related PPE requirements Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning, woman-owned staffing company that works hard to “Advance Careers Daily”.
