This role is uniquely positioned to keep our operations running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating dealership communications, preparing all reports, and supporting vendor relations. Responsibilities Schedule Coordination: Manage the Executive General Manager’s calendar and schedule, particularly in relation to team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Dealer Communications: Act as a communication hub between the EGM and individual departments, ensuring alignment on goals, promotions, and process improvements
Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and analyze reports for all departments
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Assist with managing relationships with key automotive vendors, suppliers, and other partners, including tracking contracts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations
Process Improvement Support: Help identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements, contributing to increased productivity and customer satisfaction
Inventory & Logistics Assistance: Provide support with inventory tracking and ordering processes to ensure seamless operation
Requirements This is an on-site position
Experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar industry such as RV, Powersport, Motorsport, or Marine is highly desired
Accounting experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills for interfacing with various departments and vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);experience with dealership management software is a plus
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Valid driver's license
Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
