LHH is currently partnering with a well-established legal organization in Jacksonville to recruit a Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant. If you're a motivated professional with at least 1 year of legal experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing case files, including filing, scanning, and organizing legal records
Scheduling meetings, hearings, and maintaining attorney calendars
Communicating with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
Supporting attorneys with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a legal administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
