As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example to ensure the shift runs like clockwork, maintain high standards, and keep customers happy.

Responsibilities
Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit
Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence
Organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to keep operations running smoothly
Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, dealing with any issues quickly and safely
