Now Hiring: Logistics Supervisor Location: Lubbock, TX Type: Contract-to-Hire (Potential for Direct Hire) Pay: $24–$35/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Start Date: ASAP About the Opportunity We're partnering with a respected company in the manufacturing/distribution industry to find a highly motivated Logistics Supervisor . This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience and a deep understanding of international import/export regulations. What You’ll Do Lead logistics operations: shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory Supervise a team of 4–5 logistics staff Ensure import/export compliance with international trade laws and documentation standards Manage and optimize ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and freight forwarders Resolve shipping/customs issues and maintain accurate logistics records Track performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement Train and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team What You Bring 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field 4+ years of ERP experience (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Knowledge of global trade and import/export regulations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Bonus Qualifications Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) Certifications like APICS or CILT a plus Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment 10+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Why You’ll Love This Role High-impact position with visibility across the supply chain Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to grow into a permanent leadership role Be part of a company that values precision, performance, and people Ready to lead with confidence?
