As a leader in the store, your role will involve empowering associates and solving problems through critical thinking. Additionally, you will assist the Store Office Manager and fulfill their duties in their absence.
Daily Operations Providing exceptional service to all clientele
Becoming knowledgeable in the Office Manager position through training and staying updated on current policies
Training team members on cashier policies while mentoring and coaching under the guidance of the Store Office Manager
Maintaining store accounting functions, including settling tills, preparing deposits, handling cash, issuing tills to cashiers, monitoring cashiers, and answering phones
Assisting in other areas as needed
Company Standards Communicating with management and staying informed on company policies and training procedures
Maintaining records compliant with government regulations and company policies
Adhering to all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements
Physical and Basic Requirements Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, with dexterous use of both hands. Ability to stand, move between workstations, lift, carry, push, and pull items. Capable of using knives and other sharp tools for food preparation. This is medium work requiring good vision, hearing, and physical stamina, including working on potentially slippery floors.
