Key Responsibilities Define creative, high quality, and clear product roadmaps based on customer and stakeholder needs, team strategy, and vision. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements, and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for the capabilities offered. Define target customer segment, engage, and onboard initial customers, and advocate on their behalf to define product vision iteratively. Partner with Marketing and other AWS professional services teams to craft a go‑to‑market strategy to fuel the growth of customer base as well as product feature set. Manage prioritization and trade‑offs among needs of various customer and stakeholder groups, as well as, system performance and scalability. Create buy‑in for product vision and roadmap both internally and across key partners. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic or technical goal. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager. 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience. Experience delivering large‑scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market). Preferred Qualifications Experience leading design teams in problem definition, artifact rendering, cross‑functional collaboration and delivery, and user validation and measurement. Experience in external enterprise customer‑facing role as a technical lead, with strong oral and written communication skills, presenting to both large and small audiences. Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level. Experience shaping business strategy for technical products or services for large enterprises or partners. Understand customer needs and align them to a long‑term product vision. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $163,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $281,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
