Key Responsibilities Sort, load, and unload packages in the warehouse and delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards. Assist in scanning, tracking, and recording packages using FedEx systems. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Follow standard operating procedures for handling packages, including fragile and hazardous materials. Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods. Basic computer skills for package scanning and tracking. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided for equipment operation and FedEx-specific procedures. Working Hours Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible shifts including morning, afternoon, night, weekends, and holiday schedules. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation.
