What You’d Be Doing You’ll be building a diverse client base including uninsured and employer-sponsored clients with various mental health needs - just to name a few: anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, and PTSD. You’ll get to collaborate closely with our team of experienced clinicians as an Independent Contractor - commitment of 10-15 hours per week. About You Active license to practice independently - More than 1 License is needed. Please reach out to us to see what we require. Graduate degree from a nationally recognized and accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology A Current and valid licensure and in good standing with the Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Services (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, etc.) You have at least 2 years of post-licensure experience within the mental health field Tech Savvy (Computer, email, and EMR) Experience with Adolescents is a big plus. Perks Greatly reduced administrative burden Additional Licenses Covered by us! Flexible schedule and ability to be remote anywhere (within the US)! No special equipment is needed - just a solid internet connection, computer, and webcam Guaranteed Pay, Late Cancellation & No-Show Protection Compensation As we grow our mental health practice, we will be paying our therapists even if they aren't seeing clients. We want to ensure that if someone is dedicating time to us, we compensate them properly. Completed Sessions: $70.00 - $90.00 With No-show Coverage pay! Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, number of state licenses and specific location.
