Qualifications & Expectations

Transplant fellow, past or present

Board-certified in the United States

Supervise advanced practice providers

Train medical students, residents, and fellows

Participate in clinical and translational research

Ensure excellent patient outcomes and program growth

Maintain compliance with UNOS and OPTN regulations

Compensation

Commencement/sign-on bonus

Productivity and quality bonuses

$6,000 CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses
