We plan to officially establish a branch office in Los Angeles next March and are currently recruiting senior operational executives with strategic vision and outstanding execution capabilities to support the branch office’s business expansion and global operations.

The Los Angeles branch will focus on blockchain technology innovation and digital asset management. Through technological innovation, ecosystem collaboration, and efficient operations, it will drive the development of crypto asset security, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the Web3 ecosystem, becoming a crucial hub for the company’s global strategic execution.

Job Overview The Senior Vice President of Operations will be responsible for the construction and management of the company’s core operating system, including process optimization, cross-departmental collaboration, performance improvement, and risk management.

As a core member of the senior management team, the SVP will ensure the efficient implementation of strategic goals, drive organizational capability building and continuous business growth, and provide strong support for the company’s global expansion and operational excellence.

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and plays a key role in global business execution and strategic advancement.

Main Responsibilities I. Strategic Execution and Operational Planning

Translate company strategy and departmental goals into actionable annual and quarterly operational plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure the efficient implementation of strategic plans.

Support the COO in providing operational execution support for global expansion, business development, and new market strategies.

I. Drive Data-Driven Operational Decision-Making, Enhancing Organizational Operational Visibility and Transparency. II. Process Optimization and Operational Efficiency Improvement

Establish and improve standardized operational processes, performance evaluation, and management systems.

Improve cross-departmental collaboration efficiency, optimizing resource utilization and cost structure.

Promote business process automation and technology application to ensure operational consistency and scalability.

III. Risk, Compliance, and Security Management

Ensure operational activities comply with relevant regulatory, legal, and security requirements.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk control teams to build an auditable and transparent management system.

Strengthen internal controls to protect company data security and brand reputation.

IV. Team Leadership and Organizational Development

Lead the operations management team and drive the development of a high-performance culture.

Identify and cultivate key talent to enhance organizational capabilities and execution.

Promote cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration to build a learning and agile organization.

V. Customer Experience and Business Value Enhancement

Work closely with product and customer success teams to optimize user experience and service processes.

Drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction using operational data and customer insights.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management, including at least 5-8 years of senior management experience.

Familiarity with the financial, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset industries and related regulatory frameworks.

Experience in cross-regional, multi-business line enterprise operations management with the ability to scale.

Excellent strategic thinking, execution, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Executive Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits I. Performance and Incentives

Annual Bonus: 20%–30% of base salary, awarded based on individual and team performance.

Stock Incentive: $10,000–$30,000 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) or options granted annually, vesting over four years.

Sign-up Bonus: A one-time signing bonus of $10,000–$30,000 for key positions.

Innovation and Significant Contribution Awards: An additional $10,000–$50,000 (cash or stock) will be awarded to those who demonstrate outstanding performance in R&D or operational optimization.

II. Retirement and Long-Term Security

401(k) Retirement Plan: The company matches 3%–6% of base salary based on years of service.
