Litigation Associate – Commercial Litigation

Responsibilities include:
Day‑to‑day case management and strategic planning.

Attending depositions, settlement conferences, and hearings.
Preparing motions, discovery responses, and client reports.
Assisting in trial preparation, including strategy, review of records, client interviews, and witness preparation.
Qualified applicants will have:
5+ years of litigation practice; experience with bankruptcy and creditors’ rights preferred.
Experience taking and defending depositions.
Superior analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
