Your Role The Ideal Candidate Will Bring a Proven Track Record Of Success Within Data Governance And AI Readiness Of a Leading Management Consulting Firm. They Will Demonstrate:

Support data‑driven transformation initiatives with a focus on data governance, management, and AI readiness.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with business, IT, and data teams to design, implement, and operationalize data governance frameworks and modern data platforms.

Coordinate and deploy data governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Design, refine, and maintain data governance frameworks tailored to specific business or functional areas.

Apply industry best practices and frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) in data governance.

Define and substantiate roles, responsibilities, operating models, standards, and policies for data governance at application and use‑case levels.

Enable iterative and incremental deployment of data governance per use case, data object, or domain.

Ensure consistent data management practices that meet client standards and comply with external regulations.

Coordinate between stakeholders to secure cross‑functional alignment.

Focus on data quality, data integrity, and the application of governance frameworks to project‑specific scopes.

Support the establishment of modern data estates/platforms, including architecture advisory (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Contribute to AI readiness by supporting active data management, semantic layers, and metadata enablement.

Your Profile We Would Love To See a Candidate With:

Experience with data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM) and best practices.

Proven ability to coordinate and align stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Experience in designing and operationalizing data governance and management processes.

Familiarity with knowledge management, semantic layers, and metadata management is a plus.

Exposure to modern data platform technologies (AWS, Azure) and data architecture concepts.

Consulting skills, including strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions to enhance decision‑making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $140,000 to $160,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
