Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Salary and Benefits
Annual salary range: $175,000 - $195,000

Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership and direction aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic goals
Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to guide financial strategy, projections, and compliance
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Oversee federal grant reporting (particularly Section 330 grants), ensuring full regulatory compliance
Develop and implement internal financial controls, procedures, and policies
Maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies
Supervise finance and billing departments
Monitor cash flow and oversee all treasury functions
Lead contract negotiations and compliance reviews
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or MS required)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance, with at least 3 years in healthcare; FQHC experience preferred
Proven ability to manage complex budgets and audits (knowledge of Part 133 audit requirements)
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
