About the Role You will oversee both
Growth and Business Development
teams, leading initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, and retention of users while building brand trust and presence across the region.
You have a proven track record in driving measurable growth for fintech or Web3 businesses in Europe, are hands‑on with data and execution, and communicate with clarity and conviction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for Germany, the Netherlands, and France, covering paid acquisition, community, affiliates, partnerships, and referral programs
Lead the user lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
Oversee local business development efforts — identifying, securing, and managing partnerships to accelerate adoption
Localize and adapt marketing and growth tactics to fit local user behaviors, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Data teams to improve funnel efficiency and user lifetime value (LTV)
Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Requirements
5+ years of experience in
growth, marketing, or business development
within fintech, crypto, or other regulated digital financial services
Strong understanding of the European digital ecosystem — including SEO/SEM, affiliates, KOLs, and community‑driven growth
Proven experience with
data‑driven growth management
(A/B testing, funnel optimization, conversion tracking)
Fluent in English; proficiency in
German, French, or Dutch
is a strong plus
Results‑oriented, analytical, and direct in communication
Deep passion for building and scaling trusted financial or Web3 products
Nice to Have
Proven record of scaling fintech or crypto products in Europe
Familiarity with
GDPR , compliant marketing practices, and regional regulatory nuances
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple European markets
