General Profile Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher‑level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Key Responsibilities
Develops, applies, revises, maintains and/or tests quality standards to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the quality of products.
Develops, implements quality test plans and performs failure analysis. Performs FMECA, documents CRAMS and works with supplier and engineer to enable CRAMS test plan. Also performs PQP at supplier. Reliability modeling and ERAMS.
Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results. Prepares documentation for testing.
Develops methods and parameters, project methodology and/or project proposals.
Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies to ensure world‑class quality standards are attainable.
May be accountable for projects/programs as well as developing methods and parameters, project methodology and/or project proposals.
Coaches, mentors and conducts training for targeted organizations on quality & reliability process.
Functional Knowledge Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.
Business Expertise Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Leadership No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members.
Problem Solving Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
Impact Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.

Compensation Details The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
