Job Description Looking for a cool job in a fast‑paced environment with a dynamic team representing the industry leader in HVAC equipment? The Warehouse Manager is responsible for materials management, inventory control and shipping/receiving at one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships that carries multiple brands of equipment, parts and supplies. The ultimate goal of this role is to successfully manage the daily operations of all facets of the Warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary lead for all pick‑up, shipping and receiving activities.
Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
Direct activities of the Warehouse, supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees.
Establish, monitor, and manage operational goals.
Ensure company vehicles and equipment are maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
Direct and participate in bin‑location maintenance of all areas of the Facility.
Communicate company policies and procedures to Warehouse personnel to ensure safe and proper movement/handling of any product.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, policies, and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Responsible for inventory management (as directed by the Sales Center Manager).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse operational experience within the HVAC industry and product lines associated with HVAC.
Proficient knowledge of air‑conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
Proven success in purchasing and inventory management.
Proven success in managing and mentoring other employees.
Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.
A willingness to learn and grow with the Company.
Mechanical or Technical background.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (preferred).
Bilingual (Spanish) – required or preferred.
