Position Summary The Senior IT Security Analyst will implement and maintain enterprise cybersecurity programs to protect systems, networks, and sensitive information from internal and external threats.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for cybersecurity incidents and escalations.
Collaborate with third‑party security vendors to respond to incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement lessons learned.
Provide security guidance during project planning and implementation.
Implement and maintain security measures across systems and endpoints.
Oversee security initiatives with managed service providers for endpoint protection, web security, vulnerability management, and access control.
Monitor user activity and system behavior in alignment with organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with security frameworks and lead audits, certification efforts, and regulatory reviews.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and governance aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a secure environment and proper incident response.
Maintain service levels for security monitoring, incident response, and resolution.
Qualifications Minimum
6 years of cybersecurity experience
Security certification such as CompTIA Security+ or SSCP
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
8+ years of cybersecurity experience
Advanced security certifications (CISM, CISSP, GCIH)
Membership in professional cybersecurity organizations
Master's degree or higher
