Overview Make an impact at The Oregon Clinic! As a full‑time Digital Radiologic (X‑Ray) Technologist, you will work alongside a collaborative team of patient‑focused colleagues and physicians in our thriving Orthopedics Clinic. Each patient receives high‑value, personalized care. The anticipated start date is mid‑March 2026, with initial training at our Northeast Portland location, followed by a primary location at our new Creekside Building in SW Beaverton.

Responsibilities

Provide radiologists with high‑quality diagnostic digital X‑rays according to physician orders and clinic protocols, ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Perform daily operations efficiently and professionally, observing radiation safety protocols (ALARA) and standard precautions.

Operate imaging equipment safely and keep it in working order.

Notify management of equipment deficits or malfunctions and coordinate repairs.

Review and verify all paperwork for completeness and accuracy.

Scan paperwork and upload completed digital images to the PACS system for radiologist review.

Assist with CT and MRI procedures as needed, including patient preparation, rooming, cleaning, stocking, injector loading, and image transfer to EPIC/PPMC.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary & Working Hours Hiring range: $33.38 – $45.16 per hour (based on experience and credentials). Typical hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.

Qualifications

Satisfactory completion of a certified Radiologic Technology program.

Licensed in the State of Oregon or license‑eligible.

Minimum of 2 years of diagnostic imaging experience with digital radiography (strong preference).

Current CPR/BLS certification within 60 days of hire; ACLS may be required for specialty.

Prior EMR experience preferred; Epic experience is a plus.

Strong knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles.

Ability to produce high‑quality digital diagnostic images independently and multitask effectively.
