Overview Atlassian is hiring a Corporate Finance Analyst within the FP&A organization. In this role you will work on Free Cash Flow analytics and serve as an advisor to our business leaders on financial performance, providing insight into key levers of our business. This role reports to the Head of Technical Finance.
In this role you will provide timely and insightful recommendations to our leaders on company financial performance and support strategic decisions. You will help further develop and sharpen our analytics on Free Cash Flow to evaluate business efficiencies and drive and optimize our investment decisions. This is a highly visible role with close partnership with senior leaders across the company.

Responsibilities
Provide business insight on free cash flow performance to senior leaders, including leading monthly and quarterly reviews, and developing LRP, annual planning, and rolling forecasts.
Partner with Treasury and other Finance teams (such as AR and Collections, AP, Accounting, Capex, Tax) to enhance free cash flow model and processes.
Develop intrinsic valuation to inform Share Repurchase Program.
Support other FP&A rhythms across Corporate FP&A.
Qualifications
5+ years of financial/analytical role in tech or Big 4 accounting firms. Experience in SaaS and Free Cash Flow management preferred.
Strong analytic/critical thinking, business partnership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Hands‑on and strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements.
Ability to draw upon insights and tell a compelling story involving business metrics to help influence key decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics); MBA and/or CFA is a plus.
Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline of our range is higher than the typical market range, and we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate’s skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires are:
Zone A: $113,400 – $148,050
Zone B: $102,600 – $133,950
Zone C: $94,500 – $123,375
