Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HNW Tax Manager to join our team! This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax and HNW/UHNW clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide tax planning and compliance services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients

Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff and senior associates

Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

Develop and mentor staff and senior associates

Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and communicate changes to clients and team members

Assist with business development and marketing efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

CPA

3+ years of experience in tax with a focus on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients

Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and research

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong leadership and mentoring skills
