Job Description Infosys is seeking
Oracle EPM techno-functional Consultant
with
EPM Cloud
experience. The position will primarily be responsible for supporting the Oracle EPM solution and being the techno‑functional lead for the project, working closely with client business users and stakeholders. The selected candidate should be able to analyze and triage technical or functional issues in Oracle EPM and apply fixes. They must conduct root‑cause analysis, create long‑term fixes, gather and analyze requirements, perform FIT‑GAP, create functional and technical specifications, configure and build applications, integrations, forms, business rules, and reports for both minor and major enhancements. The candidate should also conduct testing, validation, cut‑over, and production deployment.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Ramon, CA or be willing to relocate; this position may require travel within the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or may be substituted with three years of progressive experience in the specialty.
At least 7 years of information technology experience.
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship; Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
3+ years of experience with application development and support, especially in Oracle EPM Cloud.
At least 2 end‑to‑end implementation experiences in FCCS and EPBCS.
Develop and maintain data management processes (FDMEE, Data Management) and integrations with ERP systems.
Configure security, workflows, and reporting structures in EPM applications.
Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and hands‑on experience with ARCS is a plus.
Functional understanding and practical exposure to Financial Planning and Budgeting, Management Reporting, Financial Consolidation, and Statutory Reporting.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Design metadata, data integration flows, and calculation scripts for Planning and Consolidation.
Write Business Rules and Groovy scripting.
Lead large support engagements working closely with key client business users and stakeholders.
Know ITIL processes and have worked on these processes.
Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and compliance for financial close and planning cycles.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate with offshore teams.
Communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical, business, and management teams.
Experience managing a team of 4–5 is a plus.
Desire to work in a global delivery environment.
