What You Will Do
Architect, scale, and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting 300+ microservices using CircleCI and Jenkins.
Drive automation of build, test, validation, and deployment processes to accelerate software delivery.
Design and implement standardized validation and release frameworks that ensure reliability across distributed systems.
Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and product teams to improve developer velocity and deployment safety.
Troubleshoot complex pipeline issues and continuously improve reliability, observability, and feedback loops.
Mentor engineers on automation best practices, pipeline design, and DevSecOps integration.
How You Will Qualify
5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer in large‑scale, cloud‑native environments.
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization using CircleCI (required) and Jenkins (strong plus).
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Go, or Bash) for build and deployment workflows.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience implementing automated testing, validation, and observability within pipelines at scale.
GCP or AWS experience and familiarity with modern developer‑enablement tooling and security integration.
Collaborative communicator with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
