is expanding its fund accounting leadership team in Greenwich, CT. The firm is preparing to launch a new flagship closed‑end fund and is seeking a

Fund Controller

to oversee a portfolio of complex investment vehicles while supporting continued global growth.

This is a

high‑visibility leadership role

within one of the industry’s most respected platforms—offering broad exposure to senior executives, front‑office teams, and international operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

About the Role The Fund Controller will:

Oversee the full accounting and financial reporting cycle for multiple

closed‑end real estate funds

Manage and mentor Assistant Controllers and Fund Accountants

Partner closely with

Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Corporate Finance

Review and approve capital calls, distributions, valuations, and performance allocations

Coordinate annual audits, oversee fund administrators, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and partnership agreements

Drive process and systems improvements, including technology and workflow enhancements

Qualifications

CPA required

Strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP and partnership accounting

Experience overseeing private equity or real estate fund structures

Deep understanding of capital activity, waterfalls, and investor reporting

Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for mentoring and process improvement
