## Sr. Architect – Domain Driven Experience* Technical Expertise & Education:* Bachelor’s in technology related field or equivalent, with 8 years of architecture experience.* Strong architecture, Domain Driven experience, and recent hands-on engineering experience with modern technologies.* Successfully architected large scale technology initiatives.* Leadership & Influence:* Advanced leadership skills with the ability to take action even when there is no clear owner, inspire and motivate others, and be effective at influencing team members.* Strategic & Business Acumen:* Extensive experience working an agile operational model.* Experience supporting transformational change.
