Petaluma, CA / Environment Solutions / Full Time Exempt / Hybrid Join Foth Environment Solutions as a Project Manager specializing in Marine Infrastructure. We are seeking a team-oriented, innovative professional eager for career growth and impactful projects. The role offers flexibility in location, either from a local Foth office or remotely. Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership on complex waterfront and coastal engineering projects, including design calculations and technical documentation. Maintain relationships with approval authorities and act as the liaison for regulators, clients, and legal matters. Lead efforts to resolve technical, financial, scheduling, and regulatory challenges, including multi-party negotiations. Manage the project lifecycle, from scope development and cost estimation to design, permitting, bidding, construction, and closeout. Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and collaborate on pursuing new business. Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed. Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural/Coastal/Marine or Ocean Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in marine infrastructure projects. Professional Engineer License or relevant certification. Experience in developing construction documents, including plans and specifications. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with proposal development, cost estimating for projects over $1M. Background in design, bid, build projects and community engagement. Technical expertise in port, harbor, or coastal projects for public clients. Experience working with regulators and negotiating resolutions. Knowledge of grants and loan programs for marine infrastructure. Masters Degree with emphasis in geotechnical or coastal engineering is a plus. The compensation range for this role is $90,000-$160,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonuses, insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
