Supply Chain Business Analyst- SAP ERP Summary:
The Cell Therapy External Manufacturing ERP Systems business analyst is part of the Cell Therapy Vector & External Manufacturing Operations (VEXMO) organization and will support the ERP business process for the external network. This role is responsible for preparing business requirement documents and ensuring requirements are concise, clear, and testable. Must be able to articulate requirements into UAT scripts, understand SAP Master Data, and have been involved in 3 full life-cycle ERP implementations. Given the dynamic nature of cell therapy, this role requires an individual who can provide structure while quickly adapting to change. The scope includes both Commercial & Clinical phase assets and involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Project Management, Business Delivery, Supply Chain, Patient Operations, and Finance. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree required in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization, with knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical Implementation and rollout experience in SAP S4 HANA Support for the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including analysis workshops, UAT planning, UAT execution, and deployment activities, including pre- and post-go-live tasks Full implementation experience in Green Field SAP projects and Master Data management Hands-on experience with SAP ICO Supply chain solutions in S4 Hana environment, including planning & procurement, forecast, MPS & MRP, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, STO with subcontracting, inventory management, logistics execution, inbound and outbound delivery processes, PO return, 3PL integration with IDoc, intercompany invoicing, logistics invoice verification, and vendor invoice processing
Knowledge/Skills: Familiarity with Sub-Contracting Process Experience with HP ALM tool for test planning and execution Experience with technology software integrations and program delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build stakeholder relationships
Pay: $107-$111/hr Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type
