Administrative Assistant

Full Time 35 hrs a week. 9-5 $21.00/hr MHA offers a great benefits package including 401k with employer match.

DUTIES:

  • Bring Expenditures to the second floor
  • Attend Meetings and take Minute notes.
  • Check progress notes (new staff for the first 3 months) and let the supervisor know if it is not complete so the issue can be addressed.
  • Check face-to-face visits for new staff during the first 3 months.
  • Re-fill blank forms in the back
  • Check to make sure first aid kits are full and up to date.
  • Set up interviews and check references.
  • Screen non-emergency calls for the supervisory team.
  • Responsible for organizing office supplies.
  • Ensure that there is a full database of all resources in Dutchess County to give to callers and staff in need of assistance.
  • Responsible for ordering supplies when needed.
  • Supervisory notes
  • All other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the supervisory team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HS Diploma with four years’ experience in working in a direct care setting with clients who suffer from mental illness. Self-starting individual who has a broad knowledge of the services available in Dutchess County and can redirect necessary calls to those entities.
