Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our team and drive actionable insights for our US-based IT clients. You will work across datasets, develop reports & dashboards, and partner with business stakeholders to translate data into decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for international candidates (F1/OPT/H-1B) to grow in a US work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with business units (e.g., recruitment operations, client-services, staffing analytics) to define metrics and KPIs.
• Use statistical methods to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in data-governance, documentation, and data-quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
• Experience with a programming language such as Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.) or R.
• Familiarity with business intelligence / data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift) or at least exposure to cloud-based analytics.
• Ability to clean, transform, and wrangle data (ETL workflows).
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience working in staffing/recruiting analytics or familiarity with visa/immigration data flows.
