Position Description
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Office, while also supporting program operations and outreach efforts. This dual‑role position is split 50/50 between administrative and program functions. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with the Program Communications Manager and other stakeholders to enhance internal and external communications, manage social media content, and contribute to program visibility and engagement.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, follow‑through, and proactive planning.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
