Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a
Procurement and Supply Chain Manager
to support a large-scale construction project. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities Generate and send forecasts to vendors to ensure supply chain visibility. Monitor supplier capacity and schedule to meet NPI and mass production needs. Collaborate with design teams for BoM and routing validation. Develop analytical solutions for data discovery and process improvements in procurement. Build advanced analytics models (predictive, prescriptive, machine learning, simulation, statistical) to solve complex supply chain issues and uncover correlations. Develop and visualize analytical outputs using visualization software. Transform data into actionable insights for organizational decision-making. Create dashboards and tools for leadership to make data-driven decisions based on key metrics and KPIs. Apply statistical techniques like regression and clustering for insights. Communicate complex findings clearly and synthesize conclusions from large datasets. Collaborate with IT and Master Data teams to ensure data quality and availability. Train and work with Analysts and super users. Drive continuous improvements in supply chain tools and processes. Adhere to SOX controls where applicable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Programming skills such as SQL, VBA, or Python required. Experience in people management. Proven procurement and supply chain oversight success. Effective communication of complex results in dynamic environments. Proficiency in data engineering and collaboration with subject matter experts. Detail-oriented with accuracy and speed. Ability to investigate issues and perform root cause analysis. Innovative approach to business problems. Ability to infer business implications from data and models. Advanced skills in spreadsheets, charts, and presentations. Additional Information On-site presence requirements may vary based on client needs.
