The Business Intelligence Analyst role is a key part of MRI’s Business Operations team. As part of Business Operations, the Business Intelligence Analyst will have the ability to be involved in all facets of MRI’s organization, from system administration and process development to data visualization and the creation of new busine ss offerings. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for establishing complex Power BI reporting solutions with an understanding of current business metrics and processes .

Incumbent will be part of a global centralized business operations reporting team.

This position will be responsible to support and deliver all aspects of data, reporting, dashboarding, and analytics.

This individual will have the opportunity to take on senior-level responsibilities based on experience. Responsibilities : Building complex Power BI reporting solutions with an understanding of key Finance metrics and processes Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand their data needs and prototype solutions for rapid feedback Analyze operational and financial data to drive success Create and deliver management dashboards and reports to support oversight of business processes, monitor, and understand performance Assist in defining key performance metrics and evaluating the results and trends Perform analysis, identify reporting trends, and provide recommendations to leadership Proactively provide insights and analysis to leaders and business partners to help improve their state of the business Identify , monitor , and improve data quality issues Research and assist in resolutions and reconcile information with results where appropriate Investigates data anomalies and segment reporting issues to ensure accurate and timely distribution of reports Requirements: 3 or more years of reporting experience Experience developing and creating PowerBI dashboards BS degree in Business/Finance, or other analytical field Experienced user of Microsoft Excel Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP Knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi- task Strong initiative and ability to problem solve Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
