Product Manager
based in the
Northeast United States (Remote) .
This is a key strategic role for an engineer‑minded product leader who’s passionate about bringing innovative automation products to market. You’ll bridge customer needs, engineering capabilities, and market opportunities to drive the success of high‑performance motion and control solutions.
What you’ll do
Own the full product lifecycle for motion and automation systems, from concept through commercialization.
Lead product roadmaps and requirements for servo drives, control systems, and software platforms.
Drive new product initiatives for integrated mechatronic subsystems.
Collaborate with engineering to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market execution.
Support business development and application engineering teams with product tools, training, and collateral.
Identify key customers, early adopters, and application opportunities for new launches.
Track product performance, adoption, and profitability to guide continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership in servo sizing, motion architectures, and IEC 61131 programming.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (MBA a plus)
5+ years of experience in product management, application engineering, or business development within motion control, automation, or electro‑mechanical systems
Strong knowledge of servo drives, motors, controllers, and automation platforms
Experience defining customer requirements and delivering market‑ready solutions
Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical and business priorities
Python experience a plus (for automation, testing, or integration)
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits and collaboration with internal teams
